How do I find out if you have availability?

The calendar on each page is up-to-date.  You can see availability, get a price quote and book a condo.

How do I book a unit?

We do all of our bookings are done online.  You can get a quote and book a condo from the calendars on each page.

Are you pet friendly?

We do have two pet friendly condos, 201 and 202.  There is a small pet fee.  Pets are not allowed in any other condos.

Do you provide sheets and towels?

Yes, we provide all sheets and towels.

Where do I park?

We don’t own any parking but we’re close to the city parking deck that’s under A-Loft hotel on Biltmore Ave. It’s about a block and and a half. Generally people park there for their stay and then use Uber to get around. There is also on-street parking on Church St. It’s $1.25/hr from 8 to 6. You can pay with the Passport parking App so you don’t need a bunch of quarters. It’s free overnight.

What if I need to Cancel?

All cancellations must be in writing and are subject to a $50 administrative fee.  A twenty-one (21) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty beyond the administrative fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within twenty-one (21)  days of the arrival date, forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee, up until 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to check-in will forfeit the entire rental fee, excepting cleaning fees.  Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.   Upon cancellation Landlord will re-market property. If property is re-rented landlord will refund rent to tenant, not to exceed the amount received from the new rental. If property is not re-rented for the full time period of the canceled reservation monies paid will be prorated.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00. We will use reasonable efforts to have your place ready for you at check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy.

Can I check-in early?

If there is no one there the night before, then we may allow an early check-in.  Please email us in advance.

Do you provide WiFi?

Yes – there is free WiFi throughout the building.
